Merry Christmas!

In this season of giving and thankfulness, our team was inspired by Dr. Brene Brown’s research. In her book, “Dare to Lead”, she finds practicing gratitude is the key to joy. Dr. Brown suggests the best way to practice gratitude is to do something tangible each day such as sharing what you’re grateful for around the dinner table or writing down things you’re grateful for in a journal. From donating to local charities and schools, to uplifting, celebrating, and encouraging loved ones, our team is continually finding creative ways to intentionally practice gratitude this holiday season, and hope you will, too.
